Instructions

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE NOTE

All requests for cancellations or amendments, except for Schools, must be received a minimum of 7 business days prior to the first booking date being changed.

Requests for cancellations or amendments for School bookings must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to the first booking date being changed.

Request for cancellations or amendments for Arena and Athletic Park bookings must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the first booking date being changed.

Request to add dates or times will be accommodated based on availability on or after Public Day.

An administrative fee of $10.00 (plus GST) will be charged for any cancellations or amendments. The administration fee will be charged once per permit, per submission.
