Recreation's Rentals & Bookings Amendment Form
Use Instructions

Things to know:

• Please note that amendment requests can take up to a maximum of seven business days to process. Recreation will email you confirmation upon the completion of your request.
• All requests for cancellations or amendments, must be received a minimum of 30 calendar days prior to the first booking date being changed.
• Requests to add dates or times will be accommodated based on availability on or after Public Day.
• An administrative fee of $10.00 (plus GST) will be charged for any cancellations or amendments resulting in space being made available after the permit has been issued. The Amendment/Cancellation Fee is charged once per 10 appointment amendments and/or cancellations, per permit, per request.
• Requests are not guaranteed as they are processed by our staff on a first received basis.

Logging In

To access your permit information you will require your Recreation account barcode/user name and pin number to login. If you cannot remember your information, you can retrieve it online here.

Once logged in to the Amendment Form, your existing permits and bookings will be automatically retrieved from our data base. You will be able to request changes to a booking, delete a booking, request a new booking under an existing permit or cancel an entire permit.

Edit a booking � change the date or time

• Select the permit you would like to edit
• Click the pencil ("edit") button
• Change your date and time as required, then click "save"
• The item line is now yellow, indicating that item has been edited
• Once you are done making your edit(s), click "Review" to see all changes you are submitting. You have the option to select "Make additional changes" if you need to edit your request.
• Click "Submit" to finalize your request.

Delete a booking

• Select the permit that you would like to edit
• To delete a single booking, click the trash can ("delete") button on that line
• A pop-up screen will ask you if you're sure, click OK
• You are taken to a review page that shows the booking(s) you want to delete.
  • You have the option to select "Make additional changes" if you need to edit your request, or delete more bookings.
  • If you want to un-delete a booking, select "Make additional changes" and you will return to your list of bookings. The bookings you chose to delete appear in pink. To undelete, click on the trash can with arrow button ("undelete") and your booking will be restored.
• If you select "SUBMIT" you cannot un-delete your booking.
• Click "SUBMIT" to finalize your request.
• Your deleted booking will now appear "greyed out" in your list of bookings fro the duration of your session.

Request a new booking

• Select the permit that you would like to add a new booking to
• At the top right corner of the table, select "Add new booking"
• Use the drop down menus to select a date and time for your booking, and click "OK"
• A pop-up screen confirms that your request to add a new booking was successful.
• You will be taken to a review screen that shows your submitted request. You have the option to click "Make additional changes" if you need to edit your request.
• Click the "Submit" button to finalize your request.
• In your permit, your new booking request appears greyed out for the duration of your session.
• New bookings are only permitted at current booked locations. New locations will require a new application to be submitted.

Delete a permit

• Select the permit you wish to delete
• Please be aware that deleting a permit will release all the bookings within that permit
• Click the red "Delete Permit" button at the top right corner
• A pop-up screen will ask you if you're sure, click OK
• You have the option to select "Make additional changes" if you need to edit your request or undelete the permit.
• If you're certain you want to delete the permit, click SUBMIT. You cannot undelete the permit once you've clicked SUBMIT.
