To access your permit information you will require your Recreation account barcode/user name and pin number to login. If you cannot remember your information, you can retrieve it online here.
Once logged in to the Amendment Form, your existing permits and bookings will be automatically retrieved from our data base. You will be able to request changes to a booking, delete a booking, request a new booking under an existing permit or cancel an entire permit.
All requests for cancellations or amendments, must be received a minimum of 30 calendar days prior to the first booking date being changed.
Request to add dates or times will be accommodated based on availability on or after Public Day.
An administrative fee of $10.00 (plus GST) will be charged for any cancellations or amendments. The Amendment/Cancellation Fee is charged once per 10 appointment amendments and/or cancellations, per permit, per request.
