The Application Map displays all Land Use, Outline Plan, and Road Closure (LOC) applications that are currently being evaluated at The City of Calgary. The information is updated regularly and can be viewed by Community, Ward or by zooming in to a specific application icon. Each icon provides specific information about an LOC application. For more information about an application contact the Planner listed in the application information. For enquiries regarding applications submitted prior to January 1, 2009 please contact 311. Land Use Amendment, Outline Plan and Road Closure (LOC) Planning Application Map

A land use redesignation is a legal change to Land Use Bylaw 1P2007, either initiated by City Administration following the approval of a Local Area Plan or by the public by way of a privately-submitted land use redesignation application. The City must evaluate all land use redesignation applications. Administration's role is to evaluate the application based on approved Council policy and planning merit.
